Each personal training session is customized to meet your specific needs at your current level of fitness. The program helps to improve health, cardiovascular endurance, strength, stability, mobility, & flexibility. Each program is tailored to meet your lifestyle and fitness goals.

The small group fitness training is a great way to gain accountability partners, and it provides a support group throughout your journey. This type of training allows more personalized interaction with the trainer than the general larger group class settings. Plus, the price is a lower cost than the standard one-on-one personal training sessions. The group sessions are usually between 2 to 4 people, but I’m flexible!

Stage Progressions

– Assessing and improving posture, flexibility, & movement patterns.

– Assessing and improving balance and core function.

– Health-related assessments on improving flexibility, body composition, & aerobic capacity.

– Assessing & improving muscular endurance & strength.

– Assessing and improving related skills: agility, coordination, reaction time, speed, and power.
